Business Scorecards & Dashboards

You don’t have to kill a tree anymore to report on corporate performance. Managers need real-time, intuitive visual cues to indicate how they are performing – both at strategic and tactical levels.

Web-based scorecards and dashboards are used to show real-time performance against key business goals such as number of units manufactured, calls in queue, number of service incidents, revenue, number of new customers, etc.

CPP works closely with our client Management teams to develop the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) used to measure these goals.

By leveraging Microsoft SharePoint, we then translate these KPI’s into online Scorecard and Dashboard solutions. Charts, graphs, traffic lights and click-through capabilities are integrated to corporate databases to provide the most intuitive and timely access to information.
